The hotel is situated near a beautiful lake, providing a serene and picturesque view from some of the rooms. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stroll along the pathways surrounding the lake, immersing themselves in the tranquility of nature. the hotel's business center is well-equipped, making it convenient who require access to computers and related facilities.
The hotel lacks a non-smoking policy, which can be bothersome who are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

No shuttle bus service provided though stated on Booked.net website. Gym was not functioning. Buffet breakfast was not at the top floor but at the restaurant at basement.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us, especially as non-Chinese speakers. They helped us communicate with cab drivers and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. the view from our room on the 23rd floor was fantastic, overlooking a beautiful lake.
The location of the hotel was not ideal, with difficulty in finding direct drop-offs due to traffic. we were unable to try the dim sum at the revolving restaurant and were turned down when we requested a simple tea and a few dim sum items.

I book Double room with twin beds but they gave me Single room at the corner. After argueing and complain - they gave me the double room with twin beds. The breakfast was poor many dishes but quality is poor.

Very motivated and good working personel. All of them wants to meke every of our wishes. Hotel in good location with very good cumunication. Calm and nice view on the higher floors.
Not many people from personel knew english. They require 500 eur deposit at the beging of our stay in hotel.

the rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
The air-conditioning in the rooms, which was not effective and made the rooms uncomfortably warm at night. Another disappointment was the repetitive breakfast options after the third morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location was perfect for me as it was right in the heart of the business center. I was able to easily access all the important places I needed to visit during my stay. Additionally, there was a beautiful lake located just a short distance from the hotel. It was the perfect spot for an afternoon stroll and provided a tranquil escape from the busy city.
This place is highly recommended for families.
